By accessing or using DindinTV (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

DindinTV is an evolving entertainment platform operated by Cinemamit Productions LLC, focused on microdramas, AI cinema, regional content, short-form series, creator-led originals, and related content discovery.

The current Site may include landing pages, waitlist and email signup forms, creator content submission forms, promotional content, trailers, posters, artwork, editorial copy, and links to third-party platforms (including YouTube, Vimeo, Indiegogo, and social networks).

DindinTV may change, suspend, add, or remove features, pages, forms, or content at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ data;
• interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• spam, harass, or abuse DindinTV, its team, or its users.

Without prior written permission from DindinTV, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas from the Site;
• frame, mirror, embed, or republish the Site or substantial portions of its content;
• use DindinTV content, artwork, posters, videos, editorial copy, page design, or any site materials for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or building AI or machine-learning models or datasets;
• use the Site or its content for commercial reuse, resale, redistribution, or any purpose beyond ordinary personal viewing.

Automated abuse, credential stuffing, denial-of-service activity, and circumvention of security controls (including CAPTCHA/anti-bot systems) are prohibited.

The DindinTV name, branding, page design, posters, artwork, editorial copy, graphics, videos, and original content are owned by Cinemamit Productions LLC or its respective rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No one may copy, redistribute, sell, license, or otherwise use these materials without prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and services (including YouTube, Indiegogo, Vimeo, social platforms, and creator-provided screeners). DindinTV does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party sites, their content, their policies, or their practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information provided on the Site.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DindinTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DindinTV, CINEMAMIT PRODUCTIONS LLC, OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DindinTV, Cinemamit Productions LLC, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your unauthorized submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and DindinTV agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and both parties waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.

DindinTV may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
