DindinTV respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and how you can contact us. DindinTV is operated by Cinemamit Productions LLC.

From general visitors: browser and device information, IP address or approximate country/region derived from Cloudflare request headers, analytics events, pages visited, referral information, and basic security logs.

From email signup: your email address; the page path, source, and campaign that referred you; your user agent; and approximate country when available.

From creator / content submissions: full name, email, company or creator name, country, role, project title, content type, genre, language, episode/runtime details, completion status, screener/trailer links, screener password (when provided), poster or key art link, synopsis, rights availability, subtitle availability, notes, confirmations and checkboxes, submission timestamps, and user agent and country header when available.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests.
• Review and evaluate creator and content submissions.
• Maintain submission records for platform consideration and follow-up.
• Contact creators about their submitted content.
• Monitor security, prevent spam and fraud, and enforce our policies.
• Analyze Site performance and understand how visitors use DindinTV.

DindinTV does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate the Site, including hosting, database, analytics, security, email, and infrastructure providers, and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

Submitted screener materials may be reviewed internally by Cinemamit Productions LLC and by authorized reviewers or advisors under appropriate discretion. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DindinTV, our users, or others.

Screener links and screener passwords are treated as submission materials and are not publicly displayed on the Site. Please do not submit confidential information unless you are comfortable with DindinTV reviewing it for platform consideration. See our Content Submission Terms for details.

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic and usage. We use Cloudflare for content delivery and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse of forms. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. If you join our list, sign up for updates, or submit content, you consent to receive email communications from DindinTV / Cinemamit Productions LLC related to DindinTV, your submissions, updates, review status, platform consideration, and related opportunities.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by emailing info@dindintv.com. Transactional and submission-related emails (for example, replies to your submission or account-related messages) are separate from marketing emails and may continue as long as they are necessary.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including submission review, communication, recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, and legal and business needs. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was provided.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we collect. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include:

• the right to access the personal information we hold about you;
• the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• the right to request deletion of your personal information;
• the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information where applicable (DindinTV does not sell submitted personal information);

DindinTV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Creator and content submissions require the submitter to be at least 18 years old.

DindinTV is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
