Content Submission Terms

The DindinTV creator/content submission page is for completed or near-ready content submitted for platform and creator-partner consideration by Cinemamit Productions LLC.

DindinTV is not currently requesting story ideas, scripts, concepts, treatments, or speculative pitches. The submission process is intended for completed or near-ready content only. Unsolicited pitches and ideas may be discarded without review.

To submit content, you must be at least 18 years old and must own or control all rights required to submit the material and to authorize DindinTV to review it as described in these terms.

Creators retain ownership of their submitted content. Submission does not transfer ownership, title, or any exclusive rights to DindinTV or Cinemamit Productions LLC. Any change in ownership or grant of exclusive rights would require a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

By submitting content, you grant DindinTV and Cinemamit Productions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to access, view, download for internal use, review, evaluate, internally discuss with authorized reviewers or advisors, and contact you about the submitted material, solely for the purpose of considering the material for platform, licensing, or partnership opportunities.

Submission does not guarantee, and DindinTV makes no promise regarding:

• selection or acceptance of the content;
• a response, review, or review timeline;
• licensing, acquisition, or any form of payment or compensation;
• platform placement, distribution, promotion, or monetization;
• any partnership, endorsement, or ongoing relationship.

Any licensing, platform placement, monetization, distribution, promotion, or partnership arrangement between you and DindinTV / Cinemamit Productions LLC would require a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties. Nothing on the Site or in these terms creates such an arrangement.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• you own or control the submitted material and all rights necessary to submit it;
• you have the authority to submit it on behalf of any co-owners, collaborators, or rights holders;
• the material does not violate any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity, music, talent, union, guild, platform, or contractual rights of any third party;
• the material does not contain stolen, pirated, plagiarized, or otherwise unauthorized material;
• you are responsible for all necessary licenses, clearances, and consents relating to the material.

DindinTV is not seeking unsolicited ideas, scripts, pitches, concepts, or treatments. Submitted finished or near-ready content may nevertheless contain themes, ideas, formats, characters, titles, storylines, or concepts that are similar to projects already being developed, evaluated, or later developed independently by DindinTV, Cinemamit Productions LLC, or by third parties working with them.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• submission does not create any relationship of confidentiality, exclusivity, compensation, employment, or ownership transfer;
• DindinTV and Cinemamit Productions LLC are free to develop, acquire, or work with content that is similar to, or in the same genre or format as, your submission, without owing you compensation, credit, or acknowledgment;
• creators retain ownership of their submitted content unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise;
• any future platform placement, monetization, licensing, distribution, promotion, or partnership requires a separate written agreement.

Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive material unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is in place with DindinTV. Submissions are not treated as confidential by default, although DindinTV will not publicly display private screener links or passwords.

You are responsible for the links and passwords you provide. DindinTV is not responsible if third-party screener links expire, change, become inaccessible, are viewed by persons with authorized access, or are hosted on third-party platforms with their own terms and security practices.

Do not submit:

• stolen, pirated, or plagiarized content;
• content you do not own or control;
• illegal material;
• malware, viruses, or unsafe links;
• material that violates any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• personal data of others without their permission.

Creators may request removal of a submission from consideration by emailing info@dindintv.com. Removal is subject to reasonable processing time and to any recordkeeping we are required or permitted to maintain for legal, security, or business purposes.
