DindinTV respects intellectual property rights and expects users, creators, and visitors to do the same. This page explains how rights holders can contact us with a copyright concern and how counter-notices are handled.

If you believe material on DindinTV infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@dindintv.com.

To help us review your concern efficiently, please include:

• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• the URL or specific location on DindinTV of the allegedly infringing material;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

DindinTV may remove or restrict access to content, submissions, or accounts when appropriate, including in cases of repeat infringement or misuse of this reporting process. Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law.

If you believe your content was removed or access was restricted in error or as a result of misidentification, you may contact us with a counter-notice at info@dindintv.com. A counter-notice should include:

• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• identification of the content that was removed or restricted, and the location where it appeared before removal;
• a statement, made in good faith, that you believe the content was removed or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York;
• your physical or electronic signature.

DindinTV may, in its discretion and consistent with applicable law, restore content following a counter-notice.

If DindinTV in the future hosts user-uploaded content at scale, we may implement a formal designated-agent process under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and additional takedown procedures. Nothing on this page should be read as designating a registered DMCA agent unless DindinTV has actually registered such an agent with the United States Copyright Office.
